What is Delibrium?
A visual workspace for exploring difficult questions. It develops approaches, reviews objections and preserves the steps behind an answer.
What should I ask?
Bring a mathematical problem, a design trade-off, a hypothesis or a question with several plausible answers. Include your assumptions, constraints and what a useful result would look like.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible accounts receive 100 starter credits once. They do not renew after cancellation, sign-in changes or resubscription.
How do paid plans work?
Pro and Pro Max include interactive deliberations subject to fair use, rather than a monthly credit allowance. See Pricing for plans and availability. Existing legacy subscriptions retain their original terms.
How do I cancel?
Open Usage & billing, then Manage billing & invoices. Cancel renewal in the billing portal. Cancellation does not delete your saved investigations. Contact us to arrange a plan change.
What happens when starter credits run out?
Your saved work remains available. Choose Pro or Pro Max to continue. This is an upgrade point, not a technical error.
How do I get help or request deletion?
Contact support@delibrium.ai. Include the investigation link and a short description where relevant. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
