Delibrium is operated by AI-CERTIFIED.ORG LLC. Privacy and account requests can be directed to our contact page.
What the service records
We record account identifiers and email addresses, investigations and material you provide, generated responses, evidence and review history, credit transactions, membership status, and payment references. Operational records include model usage, timing, failures and security checks.
How the information is used
These records let us authenticate you, preserve your work, run investigations, allocate credits, process billing, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and understand the service’s performance. The landing page shows aggregate activity totals, without investigation text or account identities.
Service providers
Investigation content needed for a model call is sent to the configured AI provider. Supabase handles authentication. Stripe handles payment details and billing; Delibrium stores payment references rather than card numbers. Hosting and security providers process information necessary to operate and protect the service. Their own privacy terms also apply to their services.
Do not submit information you lack permission to share with these services. AI-generated material can be inaccurate, including when it discusses personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage preserves appearance preferences and temporary sign-in state. Abuse checks may use a security challenge and a hashed network identifier. These mechanisms support operation and protection of the service.
Access and removal
You can review, export, rename and remove investigations through the platform. Moving a run to Trash is reversible; it is not permanent erasure. Contact us for permanent deletion, account closure or correction requests. Some payment, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained separately. Active accounts keep their investigations. After a membership has ended through cancellation, investigation content may be permanently deleted once the account has also been inactive for one year. Returning to the account restarts the inactivity period. Export anything you want to keep. Purchased-credit balances and necessary billing records are retained separately; their retention depends on their purpose and applicable legal requirements.
